How do you Do Your Best?
Focus on One Thing at a time.

“The Key to success is to Focus our conscious mind on things we desire…”
Brian Tracy

Focus is the process of thinking about or concentrating on one thing. A magnifying glass will take sunlight into a focal point which will produce enough energy to start a fire. Likewise, Focused thoughts produce the energy needed to get things done by providing clear vision & precise action steps.
Brain Time™ is the length of time spent Focused on a subject. The more Brain Time™ you devote toward your Organized Thought™, the quicker you will achieve your objectives and arrive at your destination.

Who You are on the INSIDE,

is by far the most important thing.

The 7th side represents the INSIDE. It’s invisible, but you know it’s there. It makes up over 99.9% of the Die. It holds everything together. The inside gives the outside substance. It is by far the most important side.
All of your abilities to achieve and obtain are inside of you waiting to get out. You possess the invisible forces of imagination, creativity, faith, wisdom, knowledge, determination and love. Plus fear, doubt, anxiety and hate.  You must master these attributes or you will be mastered by them. Cars, buildings, planes and computers were created from the imagination. Use yours to get anything you need or want.

Building teams can be challenging in a world demanding high standards of performance and, changing customer requirements.

  • How do you get people on the same page quickly?
  • How do you  include a dynamic element to allow for  flexibility and growth?
  • How do you achieve these goals in a simple enough  form for any person to understand and use in less then 1 hour?

Sounds like conflict of  priorities and demands. Welcome to the modern business world.

The value of outstanding communciations in any team is vital. Some may argue it is the difference between team failure and team success. I would say in my 20+ years of consulting and solving client problems that outstanding team building is built on an understanding of the goals of a project and how participating in the project will benefits its participants.  When there is a disconnect in this relationship is when trouble can occur.

There is a unique system that includes all of these features and flexibility for team building …. Check it out here

The New Economy is a phrase that describes the shift from a resource based economy to one that is based upon services and information assets.  In this new economy when it comes to career success, what is old is new.

One must be a  service provider.

When preparing for a career Napoleon Hill wrote:

“Decide exactly what type of job you want. If one does not exist think about creating one.” – Napoleon Hill

In this phrase is a point of wisdom that is true today as it was in 1937 when it was published. The one thing we should keep sight of is this new economy provides opportunities for everyone and the freedom to achieve it.

With this thinking in mind, how can we achieve our career goals?

One thing that anyone can do is  to organize their thoughts. This may seem simplistic  however, it’s ramifications are deep.

The key to success can be found in how successful people think and subsequently act in their environment.

It is not so much what happens to us in life , but how we think about it that matters most.

“for there is nothing either good or
bad, but thinking makes it so.” Shakespeare

What do we think about our lives , our families , our cities, our states and our county?

What do we think about our careers, the economy, our finances?

In light of Shakespeare’s words, the more important questions are:

How do we think about our lives, our families, our cities, our states and our country?

How do we think about our careers, the economy, and our finances?

When we change the question to “how” it changes our point of view to action.

How  invites us to act! It encourages us to solve and to grow. It is not easy because it involves being honest with ourselves and others. It also involves work!

Change is the rule rather than the exception. If one is not changing or growing one is falling behind. Life can change radically for individuals and organizations. The recent economic changes have had impacts on people and organizations that will be with us for a long time.

We can resist change or we can learn to manage and even master it. When we manage change we act proactively rather than reactively. We can look beyond current circumstances to what is most important to ourselves.  How can this be done?

You can accomplish this if you adopt a system to control one of your most important assets, your mind.

Find out more about a unique and powerful system to help you organize your thoughts.

In today’s economy much is talked about  financial worth. Companies and individuals are judged on their assets including how much cash they have. We sometimes judge ourselves on how much money we make. This can be rewarding if we have achieved alot due to our direct efforts in a career. However, when we look at successful people in many fields it is not what they have in their bank accounts at any given moment but how they use their most important asset that really matters. What is our most important asset? Well, it is our mind. All of the products and services we use today were once just an idea in someone’s mind.  In fact everything was thought of before it became real. The ability to control how we think about our lives is a big portion of controlling our lives.

If there were a system to help you use your most valuable asset more effectively and efficiently wouldn’t you want to know more about it?

One must fail to succeed. All great successes came after the person or group tried many different solutions that did not work.

Thomas Edison is quoted as saying - I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward.

Thomas Edison understood that it is how ones views the failure rather than the failure itself that matters. If you follow professional baseball you know that a professional baseball player with a .300 batting average is a success. Do you know what that means? It means that 70% of the time the player fails to hit the ball. The average major league baseball player makes  $3.26 million dollars year;not bad compensation for failing 70% of the time.

It is not necessarily the failure that occurs but how we view it that really matters.  When we are focused on a goal and acting toward that goal every step is positive even if the immediate outcome is not successful. We should keep working at it and getting better. This does not preclude the fact that we should research and analyze and plan however, we should learn even from our failures. MOST IMPORTANTLY if we are inspired to act toward our goals we should not give up because of immediate failures. Change direction, or action steps , material or people yes. Not our goals and our resolve.
